These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through Palmrothshop.com, operated by:

By placing an order through our webshop, you agree to these Terms.
1. Orders and Contract
When you place an order at Palmrothshop.com, you will receive an order confirmation email. A legally binding contract is formed once we send this confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraud.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are listed in euros (€).

For customers within the European Union (EU):
All prices include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) according to the destination country. -
For customers outside the European Union:
Prices do not include VAT, customs duties, or local taxes. These charges may be collected separately by your country’s customs authority upon import. Import duties and taxes typically range from 10% to 25% of the value of the goods, depending on local regulations. The customer is solely responsible for these charges. -
For selected non-EU countries:
In some countries, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, where all applicable import taxes and duties are included in the purchase price. If this applies, it will be clearly indicated at checkout, and no additional customs charges will be due on delivery.

3. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within the European Union and to selected international destinations. Shipping options, delivery times, and fees are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delays may occur during holidays or due to external factors.
You will receive a tracking link when your order is shipped.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:

Return the item(s) in original condition, unused and in resellable condition.
Returns are free of charge. We will refund the full purchase price of the product.
Please note: the original shipping cost will not be refunded, unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
5. Returns and Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via the website or email provided with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a free return label.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy (e.g., used, worn, or damaged products).
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. EU law grants you a 2-year warranty for defective products.
We will offer repair, replacement, or a full refund (including original shipping) as appropriate.
7. Personal Data
We collect and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. Your data is used only for order processing, shipping, and customer service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Palmroth Oy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the webshop or purchased products, unless required by applicable consumer law.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Finnish law and applicable EU consumer protection regulations. If a dispute arises, we recommend contacting our customer service first.
