Refund policy

E-shopping may be sometimes hard and trying goods on at home is a necessity. We hope your new shoes fit you perfectly and stay in use for a long time. Things don't always go as planned so you're welcome to return or change your purchase. All unused products have a 14-day right of return. 

If goods are changed to another product or size, there is no extra shipping charge for this. In case of change or return contact us by email shop@palmrorth.com and we'll help you out. 

If goods are returned (for other reasons than a defect), the amount paid for the products will be returned upon receipt, but excluding the shipping fee. In case of defect, also the shipping fee will be returned.

Returns usually reach us in 3-7 business days (depending on the country of dispatch). Once we have received your return, it will be processed within a few business days of receiving the return. Once the return is approved, the refund will be made through the payment method you used when placing your order. You will receive an email once the return has been processed. 

Please note that an uncollected order is not a return. Unclaimed shipments are automatically returned to the sender. We charge 10€ for the round-trip shipping costs for a returned, uncollected shipment, after which we return the rest of the order's value to the customer's account. We do not resend the undelivered shipments. We are not responsible for incorrect contact information which is why the arrival notification has not reached the customer.
